Processing Time
We process and ship all orders within 7 business days.

Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
- United States: Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipments are dispatched from ShenZhen China facility via YunExpress and handed over to UPS for final delivery within the US. Tracking will update once the package clears US customs.
- Canada: Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipments are dispatched from our ShenZhen China facility via YunExpress and handed over to Canada Post for final delivery. Tracking will update once the package clears Canadian customs.

Free Shipping & Duties
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the US and on orders over $75 USD to Canada.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees charged by the destination country.
