Return & Refund Policy


1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at dollmagicc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Important: We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:

Customer's Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply not liking the product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived faulty or damaged), we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a short video of the issue in your email. Upon verification, we will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or processing a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All customized products are final. No refund is offered once you complete checkout.
